Enter “A Taste Of Film”  an exciting way to enjoy the great outdoors, satisfy your love of movies, and dazzle your taste buds all at once. Delicious bites and drinks – inspired by the featured film – are served during the movie to elevate the experience. Chic, cozy furniture and a large movie screen create the perfect setting for a cinematic night under the stars.

Our cruise team, recently experienced it first hand.

“I have had the opportunity to sail on five different Celebrity cruises around the world and they are one of my favourite cruise lines.. From their spacious cabins and modern decor to dozens of bars and restaurants there is plenty onboard to keep me entertained.

A big part of a cruise for me is the dining options and I think this is where Celebrity comes into their own. Apart from the main dining room and 24 hour buffet there are 4 speciality dining rooms that are much smaller in size and serve varied cuisine.

Delicious Italian food and steaks are served in the Tuscan Grill, a varied menu of selected Asian dishes are served in Silk Harvest restaurant. There is also a restaurant just for Suite guests as well as one for the Aqua class staterooms and its own Gelateria.

My favourite restaurant onboard is Murano which is a fine dining restaurant with a French twist. The highlight for me is always when the Head waiters prepare your Lobster or Crepes Suzette table side.

When the ship was in Melbourne for the evening I went onboard to see what was new with Celebrity and got to experience their new service “A taste of film”. We sat up on the top deck and with a cocktail in hand started to watch a movie on the giant outdoor screen.
The movies are all based around food and cooking and throughout the movie you’re served by waiters bite sized pieces of food that you are viewing on the big screen. It was a unique experience and one only found on Celebrity”. – Emma Whiting Travel Cruise Team
